Registration policies

  • The conference registration fee is $50.00. Payment information is included in confirmation email.
  • For locally assigned, non-travelling attendees, there is no registration fee required.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to Cancellations received by April 13, 2019 will receive a 100% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after April 13, 2019.
  • Requests for substitution of one attendee for another must be made by email to, and a new registration request form must be submitted.
  • Participation in this event by government entities does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement for government employees' attendance. Individual agencies, commands, or organizations are responsible for approving or disapproving official attendance by their employees based on mission requirements and other regulations. The propriety of attendance by government employees in their personal capacities at incidental social portions of this event shall be determined by the individual employee's Ethics Counselor based on standards of conduct and community relations requirements.
